Starting the week off with this nutrition workshop as food is life!! This will give you some amazing tips and tricks on meal prepping and making the right choices for your healthy lifestyle.
The first training will be a 45 min
strength/resistance training session.
This workout will be a 30 min metabolic workout to make that heart pump and burn the fat off!
Training #3 will be our second resistance/ strength training of 45min.
Our last workout session will be a combo metabolic training of 30min to wrap up our amazing week together and send you off the SPRING FORWARD INTO YOUR HEALTHY LIVING!
